Notification controls and reminders
- Notifications are now supported on web as well as mobile.
- To turn notifications on, go to Settings -> Notifications and enable the master toggle.
- You can turn notifications off any time in Settings -> Notifications.
- Use the master toggle to disable all reminders, or adjust reminder types individually.
Granular predictions and notes
- You can now control predicted periods and fertility indicators separately in Cycle settings.
- Calendar days with notes now show a corner-fold indicator.
- Cycle settings now auto-save when you make changes.
- The period modal remembers your selected flow, including No Flow.
Contraceptive tracking
- New pill tracker with daily logging, reminders, and follow-up notifications.
- Dedicated dashboard with adherence stats, streaks, and history.
- Customisable reminder times and notification preferences.
- Contraceptive insights included in your personalised AI analysis.
